Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Travel Management Services. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it in electronic format to the Contracting Office as shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference on May 19, 2026 at 2 p.m. Korea Standard Time at the General Services Office (GSO) Green Room at #10, Namyoung-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Korea. The Embassy may conduct the pre-quotation conference in a hybrid format, with some participants attending virtually and others attending on site. Any potential offeror wishing to participate virtually should send an email to AhnDH@state.gov by 4:00 p.m. Korea Standard Time on May 18, 2026.
