TRC2204 RFQ for Nine (9) Trade Packages for TRC - Framingham Justice Center, Framingham, MA

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance is soliciting qualifications for the TRC - Framingham Justice Center project in downtown Framingham, Massachusetts. This project involves the construction of a new 120,000 to 130,000 gross square foot courthouse on the site of the former Danforth Museum to house the District, Juvenile, Housing, and Probate and Family Courts. The project is being executed as a Public Construction Manager at Risk project with Dimeo Construction Co. serving as the Construction Manager. This solicitation, number BD-27-1019-DCP04-BID01-133927, represents the first phase of a two-phase procurement process conducted under MGL Chapter 149A. The current Request for Qualifications seeks to prequalify trade contractors for nine specific work packages: HVAC (15.35 million), Electrical (13.15 million), Masonry (8.05 million), Plumbing (2.35 million), Roofing and Flashing (2.325 million), Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron (2.025 million), Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking (1.915 million), Fire Protection Sprinkler System (1.1 million), and Elevators (802 thousand). Only firms prequalified by the Trade Contractor Prequalification Committee will be eligible to submit bids for their respective categories. Interested contractors must submit Statement of Qualifications forms via the DCAMM E-Bid Room by 12:00 PM on October 21, 2026. This solicitation is not eligible for the Small Business Purchasing Program.
