Full Description
The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis to Seiler Geospatial, 5700 Aurelius Rd. Suite 500, Lansing, Michigan 48911 for the renewal of Trimble Catalyst GPS subscriptions for the Michigan area.
US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), has a need to purchase the renewal of Trimble Catalyst GPS subscriptions including 4 Trimble Access GNSS only with Catalyst Survey, 5 Catalyst 1 cm – Annual (12-month expiry) subscriptions, and 15 Catalyst 60 cm (12-month expiry) subscriptions for the Michigan area. No other authorized contractors are available to provide the equipment and services needed.
The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by 12:00pm ET, June 15, 2026 and shall include documentation on the ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
