Solicitation number AG-0436-S-10-012 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). USDA/NRCS Oregon intends to award a firm fixed price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR part 13, simplified acquisition procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 443120. The small business size standard is 100 employees. Description: USDA/Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Oregon State Office seeks (a) thirty-four (34) Trimble GeoXM Handheld GPS Systems with manufacturer's standard features and standard accessories as shown in the attachment to this combined synopsis/solicitation, and (b) two (2) one-day training sessions, one in Eastern Oregon, one in Western Oregon, to train NRCS field staff in the use of the GPS systems. The training sessions will be held between November 1, 2010 and March 31, 2011. Please provide your company's single firm, fixed-price for the GPS units and the training.
