The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis to AllTerra Central, 200 E Huntland Dr, Austin, TX 78752, for Trimble Surveying Equipment for the Texas area.



US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), has a need to purchase Trimble Surveying Equipment for the Texas area.  This purchase is for delivery, set up, trade-in, and training for Trimble engineering surveying equipment, subscriptions, and accessories for USDA-NRCS field offices across the State of Texas. No other authorized contractors are available to provide the equipment and services needed.



The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES.  Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency.  Capability statements must be received by 12:00pm ET, June 12, 2026 and shall include documentation on the ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Questions concerning this notice may be directed to Holly Votruba, Contract Officer, holly.votruba@usda.gov.
