The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Order to Carroll Woods, Inc., 95 Dot Ln, Tabor City, North Carolina 28463-8228 for the purposes of purchasing Tripods with Masts. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.501 are exempt from the requirement to promote full and open competition. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334111. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
