Ector County is requesting bids on Project Title . Sealed or Electronic Bids addressed to Ector County Purchasing will be received by Response Submission Time CST on Response Submission Date . Any bids received after bid closing time will not be accepted. All bids should be received either electronically, or at the location below by the deadline. If Bidder chooses to submit a Hard copy, it must be delivered in a sealed envelope with a return address and clearly marked " Project Title " The Bidder's firm name shall appear on the outside of the envelope. Deadline for bid submission is Response Submission Time CST on Response Submission Date .
