Truck Trailer Storage Yard

The Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning is processing a conditional use permit for the development of a truck trailer storage yard located at 14500 South Avalon Boulevard in Gardena, California. The project scope includes the construction of a 5,547-square-foot two-story office and warehouse building featuring storage rooms, restrooms, and a roll-up door for vehicle access. The site will be improved with a resurfaced parking area providing 58 designated truck trailer stalls, each measuring 10 by 53 feet, along with 8 parking spaces for truck tractors.
