The anticipated project start date is February 1, 2027, with an initial five-year term and options for one-year extensions. This is a prevailing wage contract subject to California Labor Code Section 1770, requiring contractors to be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and submit certified payroll with their invoices. Compensation is based on a net-price fee schedule with fixed rates for specific mileage brackets (0-20, 21-30, and 31-40 miles), though offerors may propose a fuel surcharge equation. Invoices are submitted monthly to the Authority's Accounts Payable Department and are paid within 30 days, with options for expedited payment in exchange for a discount.
