Bid #RFB-TH-0140: The project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing sulfuric acid day tank storage area at the Torrance Refinery Water Recycling Plant. The work includes providing a temporary sulfuric acid metering system, followed by the demolition and replacement of the existing concrete containment slab and walls. The scope also involves applying a new concrete coating, removing and storing existing mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation features, and then reinstalling them upon completion of the concrete work. The project concludes with startup and commissioning of the rehabilitated system.
