MARAD seeks a qualified vendor capable of performing SSDG Automation work on the Training Ship GOLDEN BEAR IAW the attached Statement of Work. (i) This acquisition uses the simplified procedures for acquisition of commercial items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only written solicitation; quotations are being requested; and a written (formal) solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and any amendments that include answers to questions will be provided through the FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (FBO) website https://www.fbo.gov. (ii) The solicitation number for this requirement is DTMA9417Q00017 and it is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 effective 14 July 2016.
