Description of the Requirement: Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking to put in place a contract for the Professional Services of an Organization Development Consultant on an as required basis to leading the necessary changes to strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve portfolio management and achieve long term asset sustainability. Proposed period of contract: The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2025 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be between 40 to 80 days per contract year.
