The requirement, targeted at Carrier Strike Group Four, involves engineering and technical services to survey entire vessels—including all decks, voids, and compartments—and to design and develop full-scale Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) system drawings using a commercial computer-aided design program, specifically AutoCAD. The period of performance is fixed from June 1, 2026, to September 27, 2026, with proposals due by May 11, 2026.
