Full Description

On September 15, 2014, the Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, awarded Purchase Order R14PX01067 for Tualatin elk mitigation activities for a base year plus four option years. The County of Washington was awarded this sole source Purchase Order pursuant to FAR 13.106-(b)(1)(i) for the maintenance of the Tualatin project grounds in order to encourage elk population growth. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 924120, and Small Business size standards are not established for this NAICS sector. This procurement was awarded on a non-competitive basis to the County of Washington as authorized by the Federal Water Project Recreation Act of 1965, Public Law 89-72, as amended.
