Tucson Air Branch Renovation & Addition

The contractor is tasked with designing and constructing flex workstations to accommodate multiple shifts and 24/7 operations at the Tucson Air Branch, alongside expanding administrative office space and installing secure gear storage facilities, including administration lockers tailored to operational demands. The project also includes modifications to parking and site access to better serve aircrew personnel and support the planned expansion of the facility. The existing building, spanning approximately 11,000 square feet, will be augmented with a 2,400-square-foot addition, bringing the total footprint to about 13,400 square feet. The procurement is being conducted as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220, with the acquisition strategy leveraging the NMACIII Contract’s small business pool 3 to ensure opportunities for qualified Small Business Administration-qualified contractors.
