The Forest Service is interested in leasing approximately 17,700 rentable square feet of office and related space in Tucson, Arizona. The rentable square footage shall yield a minimum of 15,280 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Parking required for 30 visitors and approximately 30 employees. Secure parking required for 60 vehicles and 5 trailers. There are three buildings, main office building, warehouse and radio shop, and the road crew warehouse. The warehouse and radio shop has a requirement of 400 square feet of wareyard. The road crew warehouse has a requirement of 1 - acres of wareyard. The property for these buildings is located at the Tucson International Airport, vacant lot 5 of Bombarder. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government is requesting the space to be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2009. Lease term is 15 years with the first 10 years the firm terms. The SFO will be available by August 8, 2008 and posted to the FEDBIZ site. Offers will be due September 30, 2008. Interested offerors may submit a proposal, which will be considered.
