It is the intent of Spartanburg School District 4 (“District”) to solicit competitive proposals from qualified, experienced, and properly licensed contractors to provide athletic turf care, field maintenance, landscaping, and related grounds maintenance services at Woodruff High School. The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, chemicals, transportation, and other resources necessary to maintain the athletic turf and designated landscaped areas in a safe, attractive, healthy, and professionally maintained condition. The Contractor shall perform all services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, manufacturer recommendations, athletic field standards, and the requirements contained within this solicitation.
