Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires a turnkey transit centre and Interim Lodging Site that must supply 500 accommodation rooms including the minimum essential requirements defined in the document, provide meals (3 meals a day and 2 snacks) where primary healthcare type medical examinations may also take place, in Ontario within a 200 km radius of Lacolle, Quebec. The accommodations and meal services must be provided from within the same building (or adjoining buildings) and must have the capacity to supply services for the duration of the contract.
