Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on Thursday, July 23rd at 9:00 a.m. local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read.    Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the  Tuscaloosa National Airport Terminal, 7601 Robert Cardinal Airport Rd, on Tuesday, June 30th at  2:00 p.m. local time.     Project Scope: _The following scope of work will occur at Tuscaloosa National Airport: This project is Bid Package #2 for the paving and final grading of the Cargo and Operations Overflow Apron.
