Two Work Trucks Cab and Chassis

The Town of Jackson is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of two new and unused, current model 4x4 regular cab HD 3/4 ton trucks. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Town Clerk's office by 3:00 PM on Thursday, October 1, 2026, with a public opening scheduled for 3:05 PM at the Town Council Chambers. Delivery is required F.O.B. to 450 West Snow King Avenue in Jackson, Wyoming, and the successful bidder must provide a proposed delivery date and a factory invoice listing all equipment upon delivery. Bidders must utilize the provided specification form, marking yes for full compliance or no for exceptions, with any exceptions detailed on a separate Bid Exceptions page. A bid bond or certified cashier's check equal to 5% of the total bid is required if the bid exceeds 100,000 dollars. Additionally, bidders must provide a letter on company letterhead detailing the manufacturer's warranty, the address of the OEM chassis warranty shop, and warranty information for all added accessories. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible bidder based on price and technical compliance. A 5% preference is granted to certified Wyoming residents, provided their bid is not more than 5% higher than the lowest nonresident bidder and they do not subcontract more than 30% of the work to nonresident contractors.
