Invitation to bid is hereby extended for the one-time purchase of Type-1 Folding Traffic Barricades (750 QTY). In accordance with the attached Quotation Request no. 3000-25-107818, the County of Kern seeks to award a vendor able to provide and deliver these products at the County's discretion. Vendor Questions Vendor questions may be submitted in writing to contact@example.gov. The final day for vendors to submit questions will be Wednesday, 5/7/25, by 5:00 PM. Bid Responses Bid responses must be submitted using the attached Quotation Request. Bids can be delivered electronically on the Public Purchase website, by mail, or in-person delivery. Emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids submitted in a format other than our Quotation Request form will not be accepted. Local Vendor Preference Interested bidders shall review the attached Local Vendor Worksheet. For this preference to be considered, a completed form must be signed and submitted with the vendor's bid reponse. Vendor Terms & Conditions Responses submitted with additional Vendor terms and conditions, or exceptions to the terms and conditions stated herein, may be rejected. Submission of a bid response constitutes acceptance of bid document and terms and conditions contained herein.
