CLIN 0001, PRECISION MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT LAB, SVS. Non-Personal Services: The contracor shall provide all services, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, parts, vehicles, supervision and transportation (except those items specified as Government Furnished Property, (GFP, GFE, and Training) to perform Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) repair, calibration and certification service to include 25 complete calibrations per month in accordance with the appropriate technical orders on equipment selected by the Government Quality Assurance Personnel (QAP) in accordance with the Performance-Based Statement of Wrok, (PWS) items selected by the Air Force Metrology and Calibration, (AFMETCAL) DET 1 evaluators, (Ref. TO 00-20-14, Section 7). These servic3es include an inventory of approximately 4,500 items. CLIN 0002, REIMBURSEABLE ITEMS Reimbursable items, Reimbursable Items Parts, and Per Diem in excess of contemplated Trips as authorized by the Performance-Based Statement of Work, (PWS), Para 1.4.1. CLIN 0003, OVERTIME, (O.T.) Provide shop rate hourly cost to include all labor, overhead and profit to be used to provide PMEL operations and support to other than normal duty hours, emergencies, activations, or exercise of ocntingency plans and national commitments; up to and including a declared war that would generate requirements seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
