The USPFO for New Jersey intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Living Works Education Inc., 4303D-11th Street SE Calgary, Alberta, T2G 4X1 for the following: SCOPE OF WORK. LivingWorks Education Inc. will conduct Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training(ASIST) Training for 15 soldiers. After the course is complete, certified individuals shall be provide a certificate of completion. This course is a five day T4T course, which is is the first phase of becoming a Registered Trainer. A detailed schedule will assist with the participation and outline of the course direction. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for commercially available items and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by 6.302-1 Only One reasonable source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611710 and the size standard is $7.0M. All responsible sources may submit a response. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
