Full Description

Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 13, Subpart 13.106-1(b), the U.S. Department of the Interior, BIA, Office of Indian Education Programs (OIEP) intends to contract on a sole source basis the services of National University, 11255 N. Torry Pines Rd, Ste #247; LaJolla, CA 92037-1001 to provide college courses Sherman Indian High School Faculty that will allow them to obtain a Master of Arts in Teaching beginning October 28, 2002 and ending August 30, 2003. The courses will be offered on-site to the faculty of Sherman Indian High School. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received within 3 calendar days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract may be issued to the proposed contractor without further notice.
