The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 8: Lower Colorado Basin, Boulder Canyon Operations Office has a requirement to obtain services related to the Colorado River such as education services, produce and distribute an in-depth online newsletter, create official conference proceedings from Colorado River Symposium, update Layperson's Guide to the Colorado River, and develop and implement yearly river tour related to the Colorado River. The services shall be completed, on-site, on the Colorado River and at Water Education Foundation locations.
