This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Teton Data Systems dba Stat Ref for the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System Online Resource for the period of October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements for services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
