The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractor (Crew Training International) has proprietary rights per FAR 27 (copyrights and patents) Contractor shall provide training in Dynamic Outcomes Management (DOM) in relation to the Healthcare Industry: situational awareness, task planning, conflict management, communication and problem resolution, and improvement of methods by which the entire team functions ? maintaining focus on the common goal of improved outcome.
