On 29-30 March 2022, the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Research & Technology Integration Directorate (RTI), and the Army Science and Technology (S&T) community for the Universal 360 Situational Awareness and Targeting (U360) Program held a technical exchange meeting (TEM) to provide industry and academia with an overview of the program and solicit sources capable of providing technologies as listed in the original announcement. As a result of the TEM, the Government was able to shape the path forward and develop an acquisition strategy. The current acquisition strategy for the U360 Program includes soliciting qualified vendors through the Sensors, Communications, and Electronics Consortium (SCEC), managed by SOSSEC, Inc. It is anticipated that a Statement of Objectives will be released to members of SCEC in 4QFY22. To become a member of the consortium or find more information, please visit https://sossecinc.com/. Please see the attached updated announcement (Amendment 0002) for a special message from the C5ISR Center (highlighted in yellow at the end of the document).
