All vehicles must include a minimum one-year warranty for the engine, drivetrain, chassis, and electrical systems, supported by a local representative in El Salvador. Chinese, generic, clone, or refurbished products are strictly prohibited. This is a firm-fixed price contract where award will be granted to the responsible quoter who is determined to be technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. Technical acceptability is based on compliance with specifications, delivery, equipment, and warranty requirements. Deliveries must be made as a single, complete shipment on a Door-to-Door basis under Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) terms to the INL Warehouse at COMCA in San Salvador, El Salvador, no later than six months after the contract award.
