Dear Prospective Offeror:     


Subject: Request for Quotation 19GY2026Q0005– Supply of four (4) brand-new right hand drive vehicles for U.S. Embassy, Georgetown, Guyana.


Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for supply of four (4) brand-new right hand drive vehicles for U.S. Embassy, Georgetown, Guyana. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section–3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form SF–1449 that follows this letter.


The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.


All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to GeorgetownGSOProcurementDL@state.gov  no later than 2:00 PM local time July 24, 2026. Responses will be provided to all vendors who express interest. No queries received after the deadline will be entertained.


Quotations are due at 2:00 PM local time on August 7, 2026.  Your quotation must be submitted   electronically to  GeorgetownGSOProcurementDL@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 19GY2026Q005 for Motor Vehicles for U.S. Embassy Georgetown.”  The file size must not exceed 20MB. Larger submissions must be split and sent in separate emails.


No quotations shall be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.  Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than  GeorgetownGSOProcurementDL@state.gov shall be rejected.
