(ABOA): 14,000 ABOA Space Type: - Approximately 9,108 RSF of Office Space - Approximately 6,000 USF Warehouse - 55,000 SF Secured Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): - Visitor Vehicle Parking - 10 parking spaces with 8 measuring 10'x20'; with two (2) being handicapped accessible and two (2) parking spaces measuring 14'x40' for pull through vehicles. - Employee Vehicle Parking - 44 parking spaces measuring 10'x20' with a minimum of two (2) being handicapped accessible. - Government Vehicles Parking - 31 covered parking spaces measuring 10'x20' within secured wareyard.
