The General Services Administration, through the PBS Office of Leasing, is seeking expressions of interest for a fully serviced lease of 8,500 to 10,000 ABOA square feet of office space in Roanoke, Virginia. The required space must include a secure and dry server room with 24/7 cooling and must comply with government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability. Additionally, the property cannot be located within a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain and must adhere to telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act. The government will evaluate alternative spaces based on whether they are economically advantageous, considering requirement satisfaction, physical move costs, replication of infrastructure, and agency downtime. All offered buildings will undergo a test fit and a risk/vulnerability assessment to ensure technical compliance. Interested parties must submit their building name, address, available square footage, and asking full-service rental rates to Leasing Specialist Andrew Ware.
