The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition to the CSHV 180 Grand LLC, 180 Grand Street, Oakland, California for the offices of the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Government currently leases the space under lease GS-09B95721. This building already incorporates the following measures that uniquely meet the requirements for this agency: Sensitive Compartmental Information Facility, costly infrastructure, and pre-existing secured wiring. This lease will be for a total of 38,751BOMA Office Area Square Feet fully serviced for an eight year lease with cancellation rights after four years.
