The United States Government is seeking an existing facility in El Segundo, California for the Social Security Administration. Location is sought in a prime commercial office land area with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings. First-floor, contiguous space is most desirable with convenient accessibility to public and private transportation. The space should be comprised of approximately 4,533 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 3,942 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet.
