U.S Government Seeks Expressions of Interest for Existing Class - A Office Space (approximately 4,571 RSF) in Cerritos, California

Space Requirement The United States Government is seeking an existing facility in Los Angeles, California, for Department of Homeland Security - Office of the Inspector General comprised of approximately 4,571 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 3,975 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 4,174 ABOA square feet along with 6 reserved parking spaces. Proposed office space should not be located on the ground floor or street level. Space should be contiguous and be fully serviced including all utilities, janitorial and grounds maintenance services. Location To warrant consideration, the property must lie within the following boundaries: North: Imperial Highway South: La Palma Avenue East: Valley View Avenue West: Pioneer Blvd Lease Term: 10 years, 5 years firm Occupancy: Occupancy is expected to be no later than May 2012. Standard Conditions and Requirements: The space offered must be fully serviced in a quality building of sound and substantial construction, either a new, modern building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. The building and the leased space shall be accessible to workers with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility guidelines and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. Wherever standards conflict, the more stringent shall apply.
