CROIX, USVI Description REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 13,865 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield a minimum of 11,900 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to a maximum of 12,197 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office space in Christiansted, St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Offered space must be fully serviced and located in a prime commercial office district capable of being altered or constructed to meet the Government's specifications. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Sub-leases are not acceptable. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 14 surface, reserved parking spaces shall be available at no additional cost. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility (ABAAS). OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy by February 1, 2010.
