Offered space must have a minimum clear ceiling height of 27'6 in warehouse areas. Offered space must have a minimum of one (1) vehicular repair garage with three (3) bays & overhead doors and a separate loading dock with two (2) ground level docks and (1) recessed dock with self-leveler.
