The U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking maintenance support for Cisco video conferencing systems through solicitation 2026-R-077, with responses due by August 5, 2026. This contract is governed by a binding Addendum to Commercial Agreements, Version 3.0, which supersedes any conflicting commercial terms and enforces strict compliance with Federal law and Senate procurement regulations. The Addendum explicitly prohibits automatic renewals, unilateral contractor modifications or terminations, and indemnification claims against the U.S. Government outside the Department of Justice. Contractors must uphold strict confidentiality, refrain from copying or reverse-engineering sensitive information, and are barred from advertising that implies Senate endorsement.
