69 -- Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Support Services

This contract solicitation seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training services at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, including associated remote training sites and other locations within Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The scope of work encompasses Survival and Evasion Academics, Field Training, Resistance Training Academics, Resistance Training Laboratory activities, and administrative support. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price agreement following a Request for Proposal process under FAR Part 15, with an estimated solicitation issue date of November 3, 2005, and proposal closing on December 3, 2005. A 30-day mobilization period is set for March 2006, followed by a six-month base performance period beginning April 1, 2006, with nine twelve-month option periods extending the contract duration.
