The United States Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization (USASATMO) at Fort Bragg, NC, is conducting market research to identify providers capable of developing and delivering country-specific cultural training materials for Army personnel deployed overseas on training and assistance missions with allied nations. These missions vary in duration from one week to two years, and the deployed teams, often lacking regional expertise or local language skills, receive a mandatory five-day preparatory course prior to deployment. The training focuses on equipping team members with knowledge of cultural norms, business practices, customs, taboos, and effective rapport-building techniques tailored to the specific host nations where they will operate. Classes occur approximately 20 times annually, with small groups representing multiple countries, sometimes identified as late as 30 days before the course. USASATMO is seeking responses from organizations that can provide such training services and materials, inviting interested sources to address their capability, interest, estimated costs, suggestions for fulfilling the requirement, and any questions or comments. All inquiries are directed to Mr. Kenneth Haynes at Fort Bragg. This effort is strictly for market research purposes to inform future procurement actions conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation; it does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the government. Feedback provided will be kept confidential and may be integrated into subsequent purchasing decisions.
