Full Description

The contractor will provide foreign language service in the review process for approximately 8,000 DLPT test items in at least 40 languages by using the ILR descriptors and/or other US government test development guideline. These services shall ensure the integrity of the target language in both written and spoken forms, the accuracy of English renderings and target language transcriptions, and adherence to the ILR proficiency guidelines. The contractor shall also provide linguistic services for the re-review of previously submitted items. The contractor shall also provide foreign language service for the final review process for approximately 5,765 DLPT items in a 2-stage process requiring 1 or 2 target language experts for 5 to 7 days. The contractor shall also provide foreign language service for the review of approximately 330 09L reading test items, and other 20 non-proficiency tests. These 20 non-proficiency tests require the linguistic services of 2 target language experts for 16 hours for each test.
