U--University Affiliation for Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy

The Center for Health Care Contracting located at 2199 Storage Street, Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5074 intends to award a sole source contract with firm-fixed priced contract line items (CLINS) to Baylor University to provide university affiliation services. The contractor shall provide services, materials, and administrative personnel necessary to award graduate credits for Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy. This is a requirement for 18 months with the program starting in January 2015. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. However, all proposals received before the due date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A formal solicitation document will not be provided unless it is determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to conduct a competitive procurement.
