U008--Performance Improvement Management System (PIMS) | Special Notice | Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded a noncompetitive, sole-source fixed-price contract to Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) for the continued hosting and maintenance of the Performance Improvement Management System (PIMS).
