Invitation for Bid (IFB) UDOT- Region 4 I-15 MP 42 bump Repair Solicitation # UDOT270068CN This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide construction services related to removing thin bonded polymer overlay from the north approach slab of the NB Exit 42 structure, rotomilling, filling a low spot with HMHMA to correct a bump, and correcting the cross slope of a portion of the NB roadway. .
All projects will be completed before Nov 1st 2026
This contract may result in a Purchase Order for the lowest bidder. Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number
The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 4 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.
