**REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL**
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of DFCM Prequalified Code Inspection Firms to perform **Code & Special Inspection** services for the following project:
**Please Note:** Whether working for a DFCM Prequalified Code Inspection Firm or independently, all special inspections contractors, material testing labs, and special inspectors working on DFCM projects **must be listed on the DFCM Approved** Special Inspection Firms, Material Testing Labs, & Special Inspectors list.
**Project Description:** Convergence Hall will be a roughly 163,000 sq foot six story building that will consist of the following room typologies: office, maker space, retail, event, and housing.
**Estimated Inspections Budget:** $650,000.00
