The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, will receive sealed bids from contractors electronically via the Jaggaer Sourcing Director online bidding tool. Electronic bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. Legally Prevailing Time in Athens, Georgia on 11/11/2026 for the UGA R/V Savannah Haul Out-Maintenance and Repair located in Savannah, GA. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced. There is a Mandatory site visit.  The site visit begins promptly at 11:00 a.m on Monday, October 26. Meeting location is 10 Ocean Science Ci, Savannah, GA 31411. Please note that due to space constraints, attendance at the site visit will be limited to four representatives per bidder.  You must email coleman.jones10@uga.edu with your attendee information by Wednesday, October 21. Attendees that are not mentioned in the email will not be accepted at the site visit.  The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, for the successful completion of the aforementioned project.
