Uintah County Building North Parking Lot and Entrance Remodel

Intent It is the intent of Uintah County, Utah (“County”), to obtain cost proposals from qualified contractors to complete the Uintah County Building North Parking Lot and Entrance Remodel. The project will provide a safe, durable, accessible, and functional improvement to the County Building and surrounding site, including parking lot reconstruction, ADA improvements, glycol snowmelt, site lighting and conduit for security locations, and a new entrance vestibule. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, permits, testing, inspections, protection, cleanup, and incidental work required to deliver a complete and operational project in accordance with the Contract Documents. All Work shall be performed in accordance with the engineered plans, drawings, specifications, and details. The anticipated Contract duration is 45 calendar days; however, following award, the County may authorize an adjustment to the Contract duration when warranted by unforeseen conditions, changes in project requirements, or other circumstances that reasonably affect completion of the Work, provided that such adjustment is approved in writing by the County.
