The contractor must verify all field dimensions prior to fabrication and adhere to local material criteria, including pH above 5.0 and strict limits on soluble and total lead concentrations. The project must be completed within 20 working days under standard working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding Saturdays and holidays. The contract is subject to Federal and state regulatory requirements, including compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and Copeland Act through 29 CFR Part 5.5, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act for contracts exceeding $100,000, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VI and nondiscrimination provisions under U.S. DOT Order 1050.2A, and the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program under 49 CFR Part 26.
