Full Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number N3220526R0002 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for diving services to provide hull cleaning, hull inspection, incidental repairs, cofferdam services, and other related ship husbandry on the underwater portion of MSC Government Owned, Government Operated (GOGO) Vessels. Services will be performed worldwide.

Solicitation Amendment 0001 was issued to extend the submission deadline to 22 July 2026, revise Exhibit A - CDRLs, revise Exhibit B - G pricing sheets, revise Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, revise Attachment 7 - Ship Characteristics, and
revise Section L regarding instructions for submitting the pricing sheets as detailed in the addendum to FAR 52.212-1.
Solicitation Amendment 0002 was issued to revise the Performance Work Statement and the addendum to 52.212-1 within Section L. As a result, this Amendment is extending the Solicitation closing date to 20 August 2026.
