Solicitation W912WJ26RA008 is a firm-fixed-price construction project for the Phase A2 Chilled Water Plant Replacement and Site Utility Upgrades at the VA Medical Center in West Haven, Connecticut. The scope includes the demolition of the existing chilled water plant and the construction of a new multi-story facility featuring chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and a new fuel tank farm.
